- Burscough: Tuesdays 9.45am -12noon at Burscough Methodist Church, Orrell Lane, Burscough, L40 0SG – (with 11am – 12pm optional exercise is Tai Chi. Booking essential)
- Skelmersdale: Wednesdays 1.30pm-3.15pm at Greenhill Community Hub, Beech Close, Skelmersdale WN8 8DL
- Parbold: Wednesdays, 9.30am – 11.15am, Parbold W.I, 2 Station Road, Parbold, WN8 7HA.
- Tarleton: Thursdays, 10am – 11.45am at Our Lady’s Catholic Church Hall, 152 Hesketh Lane, Tarleton, PR4 6AS
The second half of the session will involve some gentle exercise/activity. Whilst this is advisable, it is optional!
