New Couch to 5k course in Ormskirk

Join the new Couch to 5k programme in Ormskirk run by Active West Lancs!  After the success of last year’s courses, the new FREE 9 week running programme for walkers who want to take up running will start again on Monday 13th May.

The Couch-to-5k group will meet every Monday and Wednesday at Westhead Playing Fields, School Lane, Westhead, Ormskirk L40 6HL., 6-7pm.
